Apply Now: Next Round of International Recruitment Funding Open!

Following the success of last year's South East International Recruitment Fund, supporting adult social care providers to gain their Sponsorship Licence or Certificates of Sponsorship, we are pleased to announce that applications for the next round of funding are now live.The South East have been granted £2.76m in funding from the DHSC to support ASC providers; the funding will consist of an initial onboarding grant of £2,000 per displaced worker hired The funding comes with the following key objectives:

• Support Displaced Migrant Care Workers: Assist those affected by the revocation of their employer's sponsorship licence, helping them secure new roles in the care sector;
• Support Providers: Facilitate access to displaced workers for employers, provide financial support for onboarding, and offer Erica Lockhart, Chair guidance on compliance and best practices.

We are reviewing applications and building a pool of high-quality candidates seeking new sponsorship with ASC providers in the region, with these candidates appearing to be well-trained, experienced, and proficient in English. Most are interested in care home roles due to time and cost constraints in obtaining a UK driving licence, but there are some interested in domiciliary care also.To take part in the scheme, please follow the link below and complete the application form.
