The KiCA Awards are a chance for members to reward colleagues, employees, or anyone in the sector who has delivered something truly outstanding this year (and every year!). As care businesses in Kent, this is our opportunity to celebrate everything about care and to grow our appreciation of the work that is being done.
The awards are open to KiCA members only. As always, the awards ceremony promises to be an evening to remember. This is a chance to not only celebrate the successes of our staff, but to also acknowledge the vital role they play in our communities.
There are several award categories to choose from, including the 'Frontline Leader to Rising Star' award, the 'Care Newcomer' award, and the 'Innovation in Care' award, just to name a few. The deadline for entries is the 31st of May, so make sure to submit your nominations soon.
